Flower Care FAQs

We understand this could intimidating as our Signature Flower boxes are made from paper/cardboard materials.

Never water your flowers by pouring water into the container. It can spill in between the liner and container and cause the boxes to be damaged with water.
Each arrangement comes with instructions how to water your flowers and flower food.
Recommended Steps To Water Your Flowers:

1. Completely dissolve flower food with water in a spray bottle.
[Follow instructions on packet for amount of water to mix per packet]

2. Spray to saturate the top of the wet foam daily.
[Water will drip down to the bottom of the foam, so no need to soak
the entire foam.] Avoid the edges of the flower boxes.

Certain flower types last longer than others. Every flower have different lifespans. Environment also plays a major role in your flower's life. We curated a list of average lifespan for each flowers:

Tulips - 3 to 6 days
Ranunculus - 4 to 7 days
Roses - 5 to 7 days
Garden Roses - 4 to 6 days
Carnations - 7 to 14 days
Hydrangea - 4 to 7 days

Please ensure the following tips to get the most out of your flowers:

  1. No direct sunlight
  2. Avoid extreme temperatures
  3. Keep away from heat source and draughts (keep away from air vents or fans as dust will damage your flowers.)
  4. The cooler the temperature, the longer it lasts

Because the flowers are not in direct water source, it is very important you keep the foam hydrated daily as instructed.
